Karen Sweatlock has received several real estate designations in her career!  Those include, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors® Institute (GRI), Leadership Training Graduate (LTG) and PMN (Performance Management Network).   Karen has received top honors at John R. Wood as well as holds top leadership positions within her profession.  Karen is a Past- President of Women's Council of Realtors® Naples-on-the-Gulf Chapter in 2004 and 2005.  She was also a director at the Naples Area Board of Realtors® and held the Realtor's® Political Action Committee (RPAC) chairperson position where she worked to raise monies and support the real estate industry.  She was named RPAC Chairperson of the year in 2003!  Karen is originally from Cape May County, New Jersey but considers herself a Floridian due to the many years she has resided in this sunny state!  She has two children, Kimberly and Jennifer.  Kimberly graduated form the University of Florida in 2000 and teaches high school World History in Naples.  She serves the Sweatlock Team as a Luxury Relocation Specialist and marketing executive.  Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 and currently works as an Assitant Activities Coordinator at Bonita Bay.
